Changes for Summer Children's Recreation Activities

We need to let you know that our children's summer recreational programming will no longer include basketball camps. This change is due to multiple factors including decreased participation, increased community alternatives, and the need to be better stewards of our resources.

We are working on providing summer specialty camps. We have 3 specialty camps (as listed below).

Open to girls 10-12 years old
​Monday-Thursday, ​June 24-27; 9 am-12 pm
Minimum of 4 campers nlt June 10 for the camp to make; maximum of 10 campers. Campers will create something beautiful using pieces of glass and pottery and learn a valuable lesson in the process.
$25 registration fee

Mosaics Camp Info and Registration

Open to coed 10 and older.
​Monday-Thursday, ​July 22-25; 9 am-12 pm
DEADLINE TO REGISTER IS JULY 1!

Maximum of 10 campers. Campers will experience and participate in learning the basic art of sewing, from threading a needle to sewing by hand and by machine.
$25 registration fee

Open to girls in completed 9th-12th grades.
Monday-Thursday, July 22-25

DEADLINE TO REGISTER IS JULY 8!
Maximum of 5 girls and 1 mom to assist as chaperone. Campers will have class instruction at FBC on Monday, travel to Bentonville on Tuesday, go to Crystal Bridges on Wednesday, then return to HS on Thursday.  
$20-$25 depending on number of campers PLUS buy your own meals (7 total, Tuesday lunch through Thursday lunch) Transportation, lodging included in fee.
